Great service and generous banchan for the price. All you can eat lunch was only 22.99

SOOO yum! We came around 6:30PM for a party of 3 on Sunday and were seated immediately, tables definitely started to fill up an hour later. You get a 2 hour limit for $40 AYCE KBBQ. I loved all the banchan that came on the side and the menu itself had a good amount of options for the price! Loved the tofu soup, pork belly, and ice cream at the end. There's a good amount of tables, and private rooms in the back for special occasions.

A great AYCE Korean BBQ place in Boston finally!! Service was overall great and while the meat selections are a bit more limiting compared to some places like Sura, for $39.99 per person, value wise I say it's very hard to beat! While the majority of the meats and side dishes we got were great, the marinated meats were a bit interesting as it tasted like they used a marinade that had a strong black bean flavor (like what you would find in Jajangmyeon) instead of a typically more soy based marinade. It wasn't bad per se but it was definitely unexpected. Overall the highlights for the side dishes was the Tofu stew and egg custard. Seafood scallion pancake was decent. The spicy rice cake was decent (the sauce was good though the rice cakes themselves were meh). The Takoyaki was nothing special. For the meats, we enjoyed the ribeye, thin sliced beef brisket and pork belly. The marinated beef short rib was okay but the marinade was a bit too different for our tastes. Also I'd skip the sausage unless you like plain hot dogs! Overall we were quite pleased with our meal. The ambiance was decent although it was pretty dang dark when we were eating (it was around 1pm!). I'm hoping they'll turn the lights up more next time.

As what I believe is the only AYCE KBBQ spot in Boston proper, I thought this spot was pretty solid. Right next to Northeastern and close to Suffolk/Wentworth, the vibe felt very young and modern. Ventilation was also a but questionable, but hopefully they'll smooth that out as I know it's a pretty new spot. We had a larger party and called ahead for our reservation so we got one of the rooms in the back. I honestly think this spot was only 4 stars due to how we had our own room - I probably wouldn't enjoy it as much if we were in the main area. Service was very solid. They were super attentive and came in at appropriate points for additional orders, water refills, and just delivering food in general as well as replacing grills. The meat was decent quality, nothing amazing, but for AYCE it was good. The sides were also nice - I enjoyed the pancakes and steamed egg soup. There was also ice cream at the end that they serve in small cups. Overall, we had a great experience and wouldn't mind coming back again. The food, service, and ambiance were very solid. Thanks, Omi!
